Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the access you gave to your accounts at any time:

• In your Meta Business settings, remove the partner access you gave (under Partners).
• On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find HoteLime in the list and press Remove.
• On Instagram: remove HoteLime under Settings → Apps and websites.

When the access is removed, we delete the credential we received from Meta and the connected Page/account details; HoteLime can no longer post on your behalf. If you chose package delivery, we have no access to your accounts anyway.

To have all the data we hold in HoteLime deleted (business details, photos, produced content, correspondence, access credentials):

• Send an email to hello@hotelime.com or write on WhatsApp to +90 850 840 79 11. Giving the email address you told us and the hotel's name and saying "I want my data deleted" is enough.
• We may send a confirmation message to verify your identity.
• Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified.
• For more on your rights, see section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax records, are kept only for the legal period and are not used for any other purpose. To end your subscription, see section 5 of the Terms of Use; you can cancel through the same channel.

While you keep your subscription you can also ask us in writing to delete a specific photo or item (if you have a panel account, you can delete it there too). A photo you delete is also deleted from the server.
